📸 Photography Terms of Sale – Donnas Piccies
1. Copyright & Usage Rights
All images remain the intellectual property of Donna Mitchell until full payment is received.
Upon payment, clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
Commercial use, resale, or reproduction without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Donna retains the right to use images for portfolio, promotional, and club-related purposes unless otherwise agreed.
2. Scope of Services
Services include photography coverage, basic editing, and delivery of digital files in JPEG format.
Additional services (e.g. advanced retouching, prints, travel) may incur extra fees and must be agreed upon in writing.
3. Payment Terms
Full payment is due within 7 days of image delivery.
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, PayPal
Late payments may result in withheld images or additional fees.
4. Delivery
Digital images will be delivered via secure download link within 15 business days.
Physical products (prints or merchandise) are shipped at client’s expense; delivery times vary.
Clients are responsible for saving and backing up delivered files.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 1 weeks before the shoot: full refund of deposit.
Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% of total fee due.
Digital products are non-refundable once delivered.
6. Liability & Disclaimers
Donna is not liable for delays due to weather, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
7. Artistic Style
Clients acknowledge Donna’s creative style and editing approach. Cool lighting edits is preferred by Donna(over warm/sunny lighting).
Requests for major edits beyond standard retouching may incur additional fees.
